Fixed Term Member Advisor and Administrator - Maternity Cover

You’ll be unflappable under pressure and driven to succeed in hitting consistent sales targets as we look to grow membership of our leisure centres. You’ll also, provide a first-class front-of-house service as part of a friendly and dedicated team at Clacton Leisure Centre.

You will support the retention of members via retention calls and resolving complaints where required. You will ensure the correct processing of all membership details, including changes to personal or membership details, discounts, refunds, renewals, transfers, cancellations, freeze requests etc. You will help manage multiple mailboxes and will be sending out communications to our members.

To help us achieve our goals, you’ll liaise with businesses and people across the community to showcase our offering and help us to promote our first-class amenities while presenting a courteous welcome to our existing members.

This a maternity cover post covering 9 months.
