The two person visit list was originally created in order to highlight those council properties where staff and/or contractors should not visit alone for safety reasons or because the tenant is vulnerable.

This list has been put together in order to protect TDC staff, contractors and any of our vulnerable tenants.

Staff making requests for additions to the Two Person List should refer to Housing’s Unacceptable Customer Behaviour Policy for details of available enforcement action
